The hotel was very presentable and the staff was very friendly

Loved the main floor open bar area! Great breakfasts, close to the Metro, wonderful staff!

1st room wasn't clean the 2nd room I was moved to was clean. Checked in went out to get dinner came back to get ready for an event and had no TV. Overall staff was really nice and vey apologetic.

Nice hotel, clean area, parking is pricier in the general area.

I stayed in room 1461 last night that smelled like curry chicken, the entire hotel was packed with some function couldn't even walk through the lobby or get to the bar. Then I go to my room and across the hall the same function from the lobby was having another party directly across the hall from me which I was told by the front desk after calling 5 times and finally going down there at 11:15 at night was pre arranged so it couldn't be shut down so in order for me to get some sleep I had to switch rooms and I was told I would get a $100 credit. What I don't understand is how is it allowed that someone can pre arrange a party in their room with approximately 50-100 people on a floor that has guest rooms who now cannot sleep due to all the noise and the people hanging out in the hallway talking loudly. That party should have been done on the lower level where the conference rooms are. And I should be credited 1 nights stay for my inconvenience not just $100. I will never stay at a Westin Hotel again and I will make sure that I tell people that it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at
