The room was clean and the staff was very friendly

I didn't like that i had to walk outside the lobby after check-in to get to my room) everything was lock down that made it hard to use the lotions and shampoo ) That made the Hotel feel like a cheap motel and unsafe

I did not like the room did not have its own personal microwave the microwave was in the hallway for everybody to use I've been to other double trees in the microwave was in our room

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk person Who was very pleasant? Who made us feel comfortable and then provided some hot cookies for us. It was an awesome experience, all in all.
