AUVery friendly and helpful staff, lovely garden and pool area and it was nice to have a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good..
No complaints, .except a fridge would have been handy..

Dès notre arrivée, le patron se montrait très insistant pour que l’on achète des excursions avec les dauphins. Nous avions réservé un massage pour 18h mais personne n’est venu. Nous sommes allés demandé au personnel (qui est par ailleurs très difficile de trouver) si cela était normal, ils se sont excusés en disant qu’ils avaient oublié de réserver. Au restaurant, la nourriture est correcte mais l’organisation est catastrophique : mon conjoint a été servi et j’ai reçu mon plat 20 minutes plus tard. Plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes. La patronne avait une attitude moqueuse et pas professionnelle. Ambiance très pesante, on ne se sent pas bien dans cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
CZMoc, moc děkujeme paní majitelce a všem, kteří se o nás starali při onemocnění Bali Belly. Dostali jsme nejen dietní stravu, ale i plno cenných rad. Zajistili nám odvoz na letiště, nabízí plno aktivit, velkým bonusem je super humor paní majitelky, starala se o nás jako o vlastní (mama Bali). Perfektní bazén byl taky fajn.

No limpiaron el cuarto al día siguiente, aunque nos quedamos solo 2 noches ni siquiera nos preguntaron si queríamos que arreglaran y limpiaran el cuarto
