Staff is very attentive but they give more priority to bigger parties, I guess because they give more tips.

- The rooms have cockroaches - The toilet seat was crooked - We paid full price for buffet but they made a vegetarian buffet because there were more vegetarians in the cruise. Leaving limited options to non-vegetarians. - Room has no TV as shown in the photo.

The only reason I’m giving such a low rating is because one of the male hosts made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was following me all around the boat and excursions hitting on me. He was way too obsessed about the fact I was staying alone and even got in his underwear to follow me into the ocean. He said he’s never done that before and he was only coming in for me 😐. Very creepy and predatory. Luckily I only had one night stay but I couldn’t enjoy it bc I didn’t feel safe. The other staff members were completely polite and friendly so no complaints at all there. Come with friends or pepper spray.

It is not really a cruise, the boat almost never moves and you have to do day trips on smaller boats. Price is not accurate as you have to pay 3% more if you don't use cash. In addition, you have to pay for all the drinks (soft included).

The staff were lovely, and the room was nice with a large bath. Cooking classes were good fun and a great way to pass time before dinner.

Food was passable and needed a lot of salting. Vegetarian options weren’t always amazing (I had 3 pieces of soggy pizza with sweetcorn and cheese) There were fruit flies everywhere. Staff were very keen on packing away the breakfast spread before we were finished. Cockroach in our bathroom bin. Drinks during the happy hour were buy 2 get 1 free and were fairly expensive for the prices in Vietnam. And on payment, it felt like we almost had to argue about what we had. No wifi in cabin. The wifi that was available in the dining room was very slow.

We booked the 3d/2n tour and were upgraded for the best room on board, it was really Amazing. Staff is nice and extra helpful. We enjoyed most the second day around Lan Ha as there is not so many tourists ! Food and activities were overall pretty good :)

In the prescription they said there will be led tv in each room but when i arrive there was no tv, when i ask the staff they said they took the tv off because the low signal but didn’t update the prescription of the room. Room was smaller than my expectation

To start with, they charge 3% extra if you pay with credit card. This is not disclosed anywhere and I found out at the time of payment, which was at the terminal. By that time I had no choice but to pay with card since withdrawing money from ATM would have resulted in similar, if not higher, charges. Once I boarded, I found out that the interior was not as nice as portrayed in the photos. The room was decent size, bathroom was quite small. The “whirlpool tub” was not anything to write home about. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than an eighty year old’s urinary stream, which is understandable considering that you’re on a boat. The mattress was ok, my back did hurt a little but thankfully I only had to sleep on it for a night. The first buffet of the cruise, which was right after boarding, was good and possibly the only good one of the entire duration. I couldn’t bring myself to eat what was served as dinner. Next morning’s breakfast was standard fare of continental and Vietnamese varieties. I don’t understand why they served a “brunch” within a couple hours of that breakfast because other than a couple of late risers, no one else seemed interested. There was nothing special about the activities. You are doing the same thing that 20 other cruises are doing.

Great effort from the staff to entertain the guests. Food has multiple options even for vegetarian.

The overall boat was a bit old and not maintained that well. Lot of areas on the deck was not cleaned enough.
