Good location

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff were rude and aggressive, and we felt completely unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff even made racist comments, which was shocking and unacceptable. Our room was on the ground floor, and we could hear constant noise from the street, including pedestrians, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we would never stay here again. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
