"Adequate."

Good high ground so that one dose get flooded out. Great view. Pool was nice. The horse back ridding was great! The staff at the stable were awesome! Horse very tame.

Step topography. The parking lot at the main building is steep. Parking at the lodging areas level. Very narrow road entrance. There was a heavy storm one day. The water was ragging and the entrance was inches away from being washed over. Build a high bridge maybe? Breakfast took forever. Over priced.

Location and the deli. I like the farm animals. The games available were fun.

The goats needed water. One goat was stuck in the fence.
