I don’t like the fact that I have had multiple emails from Embassy suites since the reservation was made. Please leave me alone. It was also very unwelcoming to not be able to get in until I paid extra to get into the parking lot, which was just a lot not even a garage that covered my car

The cancellation policy was NOT fair. Two rooms were booked, but in spite of Embassy suites saying they were ok canceling one, booking.com didn’t respect that. That’s totally unacceptable.
