The area was great and the staff at the front area was awesome, special thanks to Karen who was a great help. The security was awesome felt very protected.

There were only 6 large towels, 6 small towel and 3 medium towels in a four-bedroom 3 bath places where we stayed 6 nights. We in turn had to purchase towels to go to the pool and accommodate our stay as one of the rules was, we could not wash the towels. Then there was the no noise after 10pm, which did not seem to be a rule for many people who stayed there. The furniture was very fragile and, in a state, not suitable for the price that was paid. We could not enjoy lounging on the sofer chair as it looked as if it was going to fall apart, the vinal on the chair arm was falling apart. The bar stool chairs were also falling apart, and when the caretaker came to check the light in the pool that was also not working which meant that we could not enjoy the pool at night, The caretaker said that they are aware that the furnishing was in the condition they were in. I wish I had known that before I booked. But I guess the photos of the place are somewhat deceptive because it never showed the damage. Lastly, we could not use the baker as there was a large crack on the glass of the oven. The place needs some love and attention.
