Clean but dated hotel and I came here in big part because it was close to O’Hare airport and because it had a free airport shuttle and I called 4 times to find out about the shuttle and I was systematically place on hold for long minutos without a response. There is also no shuttle information available on their phone waiting system. When arrived at the lobby and explained what happen to the desk person, he kind of ignored me. It feels like an understaffed operation. I won’t be coming back

The location was great and the room was clean. The shuttle bus to the international airport was convenient and ran every 30 minutes. The room was wheelchair accessible.

The breakfast consisted mostly of sweet items.
