The room was very clean , warm , welcoming , the price was great, the staff was welcoming accommodating and nice ! We where stuck in a snow storm and needed to stay somewhere , driving conditions where bad ! These accomodations over exceeded my expectations! Loved it here would stay again !

I enjoyed everything here I would stay here again !

Séjour dans la nuit du 23 au 24 au Red Roof Inn : expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée n’était clairement pas propre : draps tachés, présence de poils, impression générale de manque total d’hygiène. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La seconde était un peu mieux, mais restait très limite. En plus de ça, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement : il faisait glacial, ce qui a rendu la nuit extrêmement inconfortable. Résultat : une nuit horrible, passée à avoir froid. Le problème ne s’arrête pas là : le lendemain, en vérifiant mon compte bancaire, je constate un double paiement. L’hôtel m’a fait payer de nouveau à l’arrivée, sans jamais m’indiquer que la somme avait déjà été prélevée auparavant. C’est inacceptable. Entre le manque de propreté, le confort inexistant et les problèmes de facturation, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
