Hotel Al Molino

Location - breathtaking views on the Garda lake and surrounding mountains. Staff - kind and helpful Food - although we had breakfast included only, we rate the food very high; everything was delicious! Room - cosy and clean. Comfy beds, super clean bathroom. We had a room with big terrace and direct path leading out to the garden and upper part of Malcesine city, really recommend to take this way and see the "quiet" part of the city.

No elevator but if you're travelling light then it's not a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view is absolutely stunning, and the access to a private beach is simply amazing. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The only downside was the king-size bed, which was actually two single beds pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, making it less cozy than expected.

Everything was picture perfect apart from bed quality. I had no sleep during the first night. It was literally the worst bed I ve every slept on. The rest (food, location, private beach) was great and I highly recommend this place.

Our welcome by Simon and staff was wonderful. It was raining so the hotel was a good place to be for protection, good food and rest.

The shower was very small.

The Hotel is located in 20 min by foot from Malcesine and has a very nice private beach with private access that is equipped with all you need like sunbeds and tables. The hotel also serves delicious breakfast from 8-9.30 (some comments say that the selection is not good and you better hurry - but we always had enough food and the plates were replenished regularly) . The dinner experience is really top notch with stunning Garda views in front of you and great wines and delicacies selection. Some of the dishes are prepared with locavore products grown by hotel owners (figs, herbs, tomatoes, olives, etc.). There is also a small garden with a lake view available for guests. the room service is done daily. Great for kids, couples and pets. It's a family owned place with great attention to details, the hosts are very welcoming, caring and nice.

A mini fridge in the room would be nice, but we managed perfectly without it as well.

Simple but not bad hotel. Amazing view from the balcony. The hotel had free parking area. Everything was clean. Not rich breakfast but we were fine with that.
