There were people outside our room yelling and screaming. The room was run down and had cracks in the walls. The rooms were old, there were stains on the comforter and sheets. Would not stay again
We had to switch rooms it was very dirty
It’s obvious that the hotel is short-staffed and running on empty. It has potential but I arrived to my room and there were no towels, no cups for the coffee maker, the faucet on the sink didn’t work and no trash can in the bathroom. The next morning, I went to get breakfast at 8, and it hadn’t been replenished. I believe I got the last cup to be able to take a cup of coffee with me. This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The last at the front desk was very helpful getting me a towel, but I feel bad she was even put in that position in the first place.
It was a budget friendly price, but i got what I paid for. The room was dated, and showed poor drywall repairs. Should have more than one towel and bath mat in the room. The room was below expectations for the Baymont chain, but i still got a good rate.
The carpet squished when you walked on it. All fabric chairs were sticky from dirt and who knows what else. Checked out early due to too dirty to have my dog in there.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Drug dealers, drug addicts and the hotel itself is extremely tired.
I don’t require much more than a comfortable bed and clean sheets. Unfortunately this trip, I got neither. Normally I stay here and always get a king size bed which are pretty comfortable. I checked in and they didn’t have that bed available (disappointing since that is what I paid for) but did have double beds which are rock hard. When I turned down the covers, both sets of sheets (on both beds) had stains and hairs. Needless to say, I laid towels down on top of the sheets for the night. Unless they figure things out, I will find another hotel next time.
Had to wait 20 minutes just to check in. Wait staff was rude.
this hotel has bedbugs, I don't recommend staying here.
