Too small and need a lot renovation

Comfortable stay, great location. Convenient to restaurants, liquor store & gas stations.

Vinyl flooring was disgusting with filth. Took a white wash cloth & ripped & it turned black. Towels were shabby & stained. Upon check out to obtain deposit, I was questioned where 1 bath towel was! Like Really. It was on the bed. I guess if not found they were going to keep my $100 deposit?

Where to begin? The lady at check in was very friendly and that’s really the only redeeming quality for this “unquality” inn. Though I know the pool isn’t open for the season yet, it should have either been drained or covered because the nasty swamp like water in it was a huge turn off. It made me not trust ANY of the water on the property. Upon arriving into our room, the first thing we checked were the beds. One had small hairs like pubic hairs around the pillow. The other had rips in the sheets. Both had damage to the comforters and bed spreads. There was some unknown white substance on the cover on one bed. We went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. The lady apologized and gave us sheets. She said she would have called someone to remake our beds if anyone was available, but we decided to just put the clean sheets over everything on the bed and use our own blankets for warmth. Once we remade our beds, I went to wash my hands. That’s when I noticed the used washcloth on the vanity and used towels hung on the towel racks. We again went to the front desk to get clean towels and wash cloths. I was looking forward to the breakfast. Every Choice hotel I’ve ever stayed at has had an oatmeal option of some sort - either a crockpot of plain oatmeal or a selection of packages of instant oatmeal and hot water. Everyone I’ve been to except this one. There was literally nothing I could eat at the breakfast. I had to go spend additional funds to get breakfast. While I was out retrieving a breakfast, a housekeeper came to the room and was very upset that my friend wouldn’t allow her to come in to clean the room. She insisted on leaving towels with her, and claimed she had already been called to bring clean sheets too. While we were unfortunately booked into a smoking room when neither of us smoke, it was very disappointing the number of people who were in non smoking rooms on floors below us that were standing outside smoking. The worst offender was one of the house keeping staff members who sat right in front of the handicap parking spots smoking for hours. Just literally chain smoking in uniform every time I went to my car, she was there, smoking. I would never stay here again or suggest it to anyone unless some major overhaul happens! The walls, floor, sink, toilet, and tub were FILTHY. The outlet covers were all broken and falling off of the wall. There was only one garbage can in the room - none near the bathroom where people have a need for one. The tissue box was almost empty when we arrived. The elevator buttons were very worn down. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, sending people to the third floor for ice. The railing on the third floor was broken and when I leaned on it because of mobility issues, I felt like I was going to fall to my death. When we brought our concerns to the front desk, we were apologized to but also advised that under no circumstances should we ever book a smoking room (then why do they even exist, it’s 2026… plenty of hotels across the world exist without a smoking room!). It was also heavily implied that they “don’t care” about the quality of the items in smoking rooms; that they put stained or otherwise damaged items into the smoking rooms on purpose. I understand the reasoning behind that: there were burn marks on EVERYTHING in the room - except, funnily enough, the ashtray was perfectly clean. Like THAT’S what mattered to the staff.

Was not clean , even though smoking room didn't expect to sleep on cigarettes burnt hole in the sheets. Fount empty energy drinks under a seat so proof not clean . Toilet seat was stained .wasn't happy at all .Will not stay here again .

In the rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty okay

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was rather rude but everything was okay once we finally checked into the room

vending machines took 5 dollars from me and a picture frame fell off the wall in the middle of the night
