The desk clerk was friendly.

Conditions of the room were horrible. The floors were dirty and had dried food on it. The refrigerator door was sticky. The lock on the door was sticky. The corner baseboard was missing and showed what looked like rust or something on the wall. There were people hanging around everywhere eyeing us. The maintenance man didnt put forth much effort in making sure the adjoining room was vacant and didnt have access to our room. WE DIDNT FEEL SAFE. THE ROOM WASNT CLEAN. THE ENVIRONMENT GAVE HOMELESS VIBES. WE WEREN'T THERE AN HOUR. WE CHECKED OUT!! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

Nothing.

The fact I reserved a room and they sold if from under me and I was a late check in and had to find a place to stay at mid night!

Got it because of location but unfortunately alot was wrong the room was never cleaned. I went to the store and bought bleach and lysol terrible smell. The door wouldn't latch when going out side. Had to go to thefront desk because the key card wouldn't open the door. Then the office had to know that they put me and my 13 year old son in danger with a drug dealer doing deals all through the night and on the last morning there we were woke up around 400am with the dealer fighting with what sounded like his woman and we were afraid that there were going to be a shooting. So we could not go back to sleep. I let the desk clerk know what was going on and it went in one ear and out the other. It looked like the dealer has lived the for some time with different signs in his window. Please if you care for your family and Saftey I don't ever stay there. I'm an old Marine and came back after 42 years to have fun but with the experience we had I will never come back.
