You get what you pay for. Not good quality.

People outside talking every night till 3 am during the weeks! Marjuana smell everywhere. Rooms were not clean.

Cockroachs in our room mold in the bathtub.

Staff was wonderful, but Windham needs to step up. But for the price what can you say.

Breakfast was unsanitary but food ok.

Room could have been cleaner, some paint or updates like paint, tables had rings from glasses or food or whatever on walls. Mold in bathroom, some bugs. Coffee maker didn’t work, ice and some kind of food left in freezer was very gross. I could go on but I will stop here.

The front desk staff were nice.

The room was dirty the bed was broken sank on one side . We could hardly get towels and the doors were stuck shut so you would have to shoulder check it to open it from outside. I had to have my other half open it to get out of the room.

The pool was very clean and well kept.

The room was dirty. Floors were not swept or mopped. No one came to clean at all for the 5 nights I was there. I needed to go to the front desk myself to ask for clean towels. I reported that the door was very difficult to open because it stuck. No one came to fix it so I had to fight with it the entire time. Some of the outlets did not work. Could not use the phone in the room to call the front desk because it didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

Upon arrival there was a broken light but as soon as it was reported; staff made arrangements to repair it the next day.
