Mir konnte nichts gefallen da ich um circa 16.00 vor verschlossener Türe stand

Ich stand circa um 16.00 Uhr vor der Unterkunft und habe circa 5 mal versucht die Vermieterin anzurufen als ich sie dann doch ans Telefon bekam sagte sie mir das die Unterkunft im Moment nicht zu vermieten ist da ich schon bezahlt hatten sagte sie mir ICH sollte mich mit Booking in Verbindung setzen wegen der Rückerstattung des Geldes Booking schrieb mir sie erstatten das Geld so schnell wie möglich zurück. Somit ging die Suche um 17.00 um eine Unterkunft weiter ich fand dann eine.

Esperienza pessima, sconsiglio vivamente La struttura ha annullato la mia prenotazione all’ultimo momento, nonostante avesse già incassato 135 €. Ho dovuto passare il giorno di Ferragosto a contattare l’assistenza Booking per ottenere un rimborso e a cercare in fretta una stanza alternativa. Un grande disagio che mi ha rovinato parte della vacanza. Consiglio a chiunque volesse prenotare qui di chiamare prima per verificare la reale disponibilità, perché la gestione non è affidabile.

1. There were no kichen items, cups for water or any beverige or glass for wine. 2. We could not find bottle opener for wine so we had to buy one.

"Merveilleuse déconvenue !!!"

1ère remarque: Réservation oubliée, nous avons du attendre deux heures pour disposer de la chambre. 2e remarque: L'armoire était remplie de vêtements appartenant probablement à la propriétaire. 3e remarque: Pas de petit-déjeuner organisé que ce soit sur le lieu ou à proximité. 4e remarque: La description "merveilleux appartement" donnée sur le site "Hotel.com" est totalement surfaite. Nous n'avons disposé que d'une chambre, l'accès à la deuxième chambre étant fermé à clef.
