The place is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lots of excursion options. The accommodation was nice and practical. What disappointed me was the size of the pool and especially the time when it is possible to visit the pool. It was only until six in the evening. When you come back from a trip, you like to refresh yourself and relax, but this pool was full when there were five people in it and after six they won't let you in anymore. That's a pity. I appreciated the place for dogs, the play elements. I would have liked for the resort to have washing machines. The option to close the veranda was great.

Wifi connection should be fixed and make it good network. When we raised our wifi concern, the manager provided an alternative solution. Also, request that swimming pool time be extended until 7 pm.

The campsite is located in a quiet area tucked away in the mountains. We stayed in one of the caravan homes and, despite other's reviews, we found it very clean and accommodating!! There were pots and a pan, and some utensils to cook with. As well as linens for the beds. The staff were helpful and friendly! We enjoyed so much we added an extra night after our arrival! Our kids loved the large park just outside the campground and the one inside the grounds! Pizza from the kitchen was very affordable and very good!!

WiFi didn't work well in the caravan It wasn't a problem, but just know no towels are provided for the shower! Again, not an issue, just plan for that!
