It was all great Great location Great people Great room 👍

Hotel with large rooms, large shower, clean, no smell in the room or in the hallway as in other places. Great location across the park and the beach. I would rate it as Excellent, I think it was under rated as only Good when I looked it up. Great experience, will stay there next time in Kelowna.

Close to water and bars and shops

Smelly, dirty. Apart from one waitress, the staff treated us like an inconvenience.

Great service, and location is wondeful for families as there is a playground, a waterpark and the beach walking across the street.

Pool was slimy and green, our room had a bad odor, garbage all over parkade, chaud on balcony stained and dirty. The staff was lovely though. We cancelled the rest of our stay though and moved to a different hotel. Only stayed one night because we paid. Although location is great, I wouldn’t recommend.
