"Beautiful hotel set in the heart of the French Quarter"

This is a beautifully presented hotel set in the heart of The French Quarter and a stone throw from the famous Bourbon Street. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated with a warm shower and comfy bed. The staff were all very courteous and gave us great recommendations for where to eat. The courtyard is a beautiful addition to sit and rest and the hotel bar is also a welcome addition. Although The French Quarter has a reputation of being noisy, this hotel certainly managed to mask any noise and we slept silently each night.

"I would book the hotel again on the premise that I would receive exactly what I reserved and paid for, in advance."

Location and security staff was top notch

I booked a balcony room through booking.com and that was not what I received. I was promised repeatedly I would be placed into the room I paid for, with no resolve or refund.

"Very nice hotel!"

Very nice hotel! Beautiful courtyard with a water fountain! Large room. Great price. Kept clean. Noise was all I had an issue with as its a half block to Bourbon St. And a couple blocks off of Canal. But it was Jazz Fest, and large crowds were expected! Everyone was very helpful at the desk. Especially Jude!

"Perfect location inthe French Quarter"

The location is perfect! It has an old fashioned New Orleans feel near everything we wanted to visit but quiet with a helpful staff! Loved having two sinks and the 1/2 off coupon for drinks!

The room had a very slight smell of mildew and the door didn't align perfectly.

"Jewel in the French Quarter"

Property location was excellent; staff was friendly and always stay when in NOLA. Easy in and easy out close to restaurant and clubs.
