The location was perfect the property itself was magnificent and a wonderful group of staff members

My shower water was cold. But my fault didn’t speak up on it and just stayed in the room.

A/C wouldn’t get lower than 75 degrees. Had to send my kids to sleep in room with my in-laws. Their air was a little cooler but still uncomfortable
