The HVAC did not function properly. Temp in the room was a constant 80F. Room #131

the streaming services and wifi was good. the room was nice unfortunately the first room we had the AC didn't work.

AC didn't work in the first room. And i didn't get the front desk lady name, she worked the overnight shift at 7/18/25. She told me she was going to come to our room to check the AC. I entrusted her to do while i went to the store. My girlfriend inform me that the lady did not come to room. And if she knocked it wasn't loud enough. When i came back to the front desk she told she couldn't go back to the room. That was so inconsiderate of her! I had a newborn and a 11 yr old that whole night they slept uncomfortable in that room our first night.

Looked better in the pictures. No restaurant or bar but plenty of crappy chain food joints and wine shop near by. Pool area is ok but loungers are all stained or worn and pool could do with some TLC. Reception area has had a makeover and there are some modern amenities in the rooms but the property is showing its age with wear and tear. Nice staff. Would probably try a newer alternative if we were to visit the area again.

Staff was welcoming and professional and helpful. Highlight of a horrible trip and delay due to American Airlines

This stay was really nice for my family and I. The staff were very nice and responsive and the rooms were so spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

Room size.

It seems like the place is extremely run down, they need to update many things. The pool area was so dirty. The phones in the room don't work!!! The staff was extremely rude. Since the phones don't work, I had to walk to the reception and ask for linens for my children's sofa bed and they literally gave me a pile of linens to carry back to my room (mind you I have a broken foot). The one blanket looked so OLD and gross that I didn't let my children use it. VERY INCONVENIENT. At $300 a night I should be able to call from my room and have them deliver WHATEVER I need.

Room and bathroom were very clean. They met our request of extra towels and blanket immediately. AC worked very well. All toiletries were of good quality. Ample on site parking. The restaurant was also very good, open until late.
