"Nice hotel, staff, and location"

The staff was very nice. The rooms and hotel were very clean. This hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping, movie theater and much more. I had a very pleasant weekend. I have already planned my next trip and this is where me and my family will stay.

There was no hotel breakfast on the Sunday that I stayed.

I didn’t eat there Saturday. Sunday there was no hot breakfast, but Monday before checkout it was delicious

I have knee pain, and personally the toilet was too low. I notified the front desk Saturday morning that I was not able to raise the blinds. She came up, said it should have a remote, but was stuck down my entire stay. Lastly a smoke alarm when off Monday morning at 6:45AM!!! It scared me so bad it took 5 mins for my body to calm down. The front desk was polite and explained it was set off in the kitchen

"Unprofessional, chaotic, stressful"

Booked through Booking.com for about $400 for two nights. At check-in, the lobby was mobbed with teens from a team staying there. We were offered a different room and told it would be cheaper. After agreeing, our card was charged $567 and we were told the price had actually increased due to a weekend rate. Front desk staff said they had no authority to fix anything without a manager, gave conflicting information, and left us waiting. I saw them message a manager named Edgar, who replied it was “not an emergency” and would be handled Monday. The room had visible hairs in the bed. We tried to leave but couldn’t get help. We stayed one night and were later charged twice, once on the booking card and again at check-in. This was the most chaotic and unprofessional check-in and billing experience we’ve had. Confirm everything in writing before agreeing to any changes.
