Checked in to hotel late Feb 23, 2026. Booked in person at front desk, was quoted a rate 88.29 tax included. Credit Card was charged a 188.29 was told that the 100 dollars was for amenities and would be credited back after check out. Well after check out my card was credited only 88.29 and not the 100 dollars.

Kumar showed exemplary customer service twice during my stay. Room was clean and staff are attentive and helpful.

Das Hotel lag super für meine Zwecke, das Hospital ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer nett und ordentlich, Frühstück sehr sehr basic aber ok. Toll: lt. älterer Rezension gab es Plastik-Geschirr und Besteck. Mittlerweile wurde auf Pappe und Holz ungestiegen, das hat einen großen Pluspunkt verdient! Im Denny`s Restaurant direkt nebenan bekommt man 15% Rabatt auf alles, wenn man die Zimmerkarte zeigt!

Das Zimmer hatte etwa 25 Grad, als ich kam und die Heizung war nicht individuell regulierbar. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir empfohlen, doch bitte die Aircondition zum Kühlen einzuschalten. What??? Das hat ja wohl so gar nichts mit Klimaschutz zu tun.... Ob der Geschäftsführer des Hotels von diesen Praktiken weiß? Denn nebenbei ist diese Art und Weise, damit umzugehen auch eher kostspielig. Auch im Frühstücksraum war es viel zu warm.
