It was very conveniently located. The staff was friendly.

La ubicación era a pasos de la estación de tren y el que tuvieran flexibilidad para realizar el check in. Además de que incluya desayuno es un plus, si bien no era variado, de cualquier forma cumplía.

Para los valores en las reservas en la ciudad era de los que mejores precios tenía, sin embargo encontré que el precio era elevado para el estándar de servicio. Si bien el servicio no era malo, sino que más bien bueno, si hacemos una relación precio-calidad, podría mejorar. Lamentablemente no tuvieron empatía con una situación de urgencia que tuve debido a la cancelación de vuelos por parte de la aerolínea, lo que no nos permitió llegar a hospedarnos el primer día. No tuvieron la amabilidad de modificarme la reserva, a pesar de tener bastantes habitaciones disponibles. Por lo tanto perdí mi dinero.

Previous review highlights: Guest rooms are newly remodeled, very clean, comfotable, and quiet. Free breakfast is "amply adequate" with enough options to satisfy; no eggs or meat options, but the pancake maker is neat. Parking spaces are spacious and safe. The ones around the building are better than the ones out front by the street. Not many are conveniently proximic to the entry, though. The area around the perimeter of the building is not impressive. The owners really need to clean up trash and broken glass, at least, and keep there dumpster tidy. It is hoped that eventually the whole property will be renovated, because the guest rooms are very well done. Don't let the outer appearance steer you away. You'll get a nice room at a decent price.

Our first room was dirty and there was hair in the bed. They moved us to a new room which was clean. The staff are nice.

I stay here every time I come to Stampeder games. Good location to stadium. Warning, this is a hotel that you go for a place to sleep! This isn't a hotel you stay at if you think it's going to be part of your vacation. Nothing fancy, and it's old, but it does what I want.
