Hotel Ritual Maspalomas – Adults Only

The hotel is great, very comfortable, clean and well located. Staff are really good, very friendly and professional. Some hotel guests can be slightly arrogant and not very considerate but, hey, what can you do? Reading a book by the pool I had Shakira through one speaker on one ear and regaeton full blast on the other coming from my neighbours’ phone. When I politely asked him to put on his headsets so that I could concentrate on my book, his response was, ‘the loudspeaker music is far from me and I want to listen to my own music with my friends” he then treated me like an irritable old man. I wish there was a clear hotel policy not to have two music soundtracks simultaneously By the pool. This happened just one day, the rest of my 10 days were great.

Friendly staff. Reasonably sized room, comfortable bed. Clean. Saturday morning (11am) power and water were off, was about an hour later that they were restored. Sunday morning there was no hot water at all.

Newly refurbished gay hotel right by Yumbo Good parts: staff very friendly, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, very close to night life and restaurants , good value for money Not so great parts : can be noisy at night due to proximity to bars, breakfast a bit basic, not at same level as other Rituals , no gym (apparently being added)

Location is great and big apartment,but it’s bit noise cos you are right next to the yumboo Center which is fair enough. Apartment is comfortable and so as the bed.

The service and friendliness of the staff make this a very comfortable place to stay. The location is very good and near to the Yumba Center, a major local attraction

The hotel breakfast was very basic. It was almost liked a joke I would say. The hotel floor is often has the spit of water or something here and there. I was almost fall off because of this three times over the 5 days stay. The hotel room is quite big. The air condition worked well. However, the wifi is a bit poor, slow and lost connection from time to time. The location is nice However, you may feel it's noisy in the evening from the Yumbo centre. We also got over priced for the stay. Even though it was not over the pride period.

The location is good as it is located near the Yumbo, therefore good if you like going out, however not too close to the beach (about 1km). The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are good and spacious however there is no kitchenette (it is almost standard in the area). The hotel is good however it seems "cheap", for example the toiletry is minimal (shower gel and shampoo), of poor quality and provided only small bottles on the first day (not every day as normally). Also it is required a deposit to get towels for the pool. Breakfast is also extremely minimal with little choice. For the price there would be better choices in the area.

Hands down the best hotel ever. The staff was super nice and helpful especially Louis. Thank you all so much. We will be staying there again when we visit Maspalomas
