The property really needs some work. Great space don’t get me wrong but needs some help…Microwave over stove did not work but one on counter did. Ran out of toilet paper no xtra rolls in the house at all had to go out and purchase more. Biggest issue was no WiFi connection for 5 days of our 7 day stay. I called management everyday was told area outage after second time said they would said maintenance and the man said he doesn’t work with WiFi and left. Third day was told outage was being looked at and company aware. After missing 3 days of work because of this issue I was livid. On the 5th day finally they sent someone fròm the area who worked with the cable/internet company itself. The man said there was never an outage and he said the house needed a new motem and he could schedule it for 2 days after we were checking out. I said it didn’t matter any more so I don’t know what management decided it didn’t help our stay one bit. My son missed 1 day of school work and I missed 3 days of work… Property could care less… Wasted more time trying to fix house issues than anything…All bed mattresses need to be replaced as well.. Again very big house but has a lot to be updated and tended too! I paid a lot of money for this stay and I won’t ever be back…It was very difficult to book our park tickets as well because of the no internet…I feel sorry for whoever stays there next because I’m sure they will have all the same problems…Look for something better!!
