Perfect location, very friendly host!

I stayed in the single room. It was comfortable and fully furnished. The room faced the inner courtyard so was comparatively quiet for central city. No traffic noise. The bathroom was modern, spacious and kept clean. The host was awesome and had a happy presence. I’m unsure if you can use the kitchen as I ate out everyday. The location whilst being superbly in the heart of the old city, the area outside the apartment looks rough and unpleasant during the day but better once the restaurants open up.

I am surprised that more people had not mentioned the rough look of the area and the narrow, dark lanes of the red light district on route that could be particularly intimidating for solo travellers…..just be prepared ….GPS may take you down one of these lanes. Maybe this is part of Genova’s cultural heritage.

Great location, beautiful and atmospheric design of the house, clean room(I had everything what I need(towels, hairdryer, slippers, etc), great service, very good and kind host, nice price

The location is great, you can go everywhere by walk. I had breakfast a couple of days and Alberta took care of every single detail.
