Great location.

I forgot to have the breakfast. The doors, switches and microwave were dirty. The hotel was out of shampoo and said I could go buy some at Walmart or Dollar Tree, which I did not want to do after driving four hours. But overall it was a good experience.

Bed was comfortable.

Again, I saw multiple German cockroaches and heard interstate traffic all night. And again, staff seems overall unfriendly.

There were German cockroaches in the bathroom, they don't accept tap to pay, the housekeeper was annoying and the lady at the front desk seemed overall unfriendly.

Nothing at all

No smoke detector in room and wires hanging from ceiling, tv was not plugged in and electrocuted my friend when she touched the unplugged cord, can of butane fuel behind the nightstand, shower knob broken off sitting on tub side, only a half roll of toilet paper, small holes in ceiling, no outlet cover where the AC was plugged in, cigarette holes in the comforter, phone not plugged into jack cord, fridge not cold and water sitting at the bottom of it.

we were denied the room booked through you. they said they couldn't rent for that rate. we ended up in the only place we could find for the night at almost double the price. Not very happy with your choice of hotels / service
