…. Staff was nice and it was a smoking room…

1- bugs crawling out of the woodwork… literally 2- toilet was not flushing good 3- as soon as me and wife got in the room there’s was a flood while it was already on and was leaking inside the room cause it was clogged 4- Shampoo bottle was empty and never replaced

I liked the service desk. If I had an issue they worked with me and solved the issue asap. The room cleaning was up to par.

The place is not clean has a lot of bedbugs and roaches as soon as you turn the light on there’s at least 15 roaches running away you can see the bedbugs if you light the bed with your phone

location was fine.

Room was cleaned twice during our 11 night stay. We killed 3-5 roaches every day. The walls have bug poop on them. The phone did not work even to call the office. The grab and go breakfast is a joke! We will NOT stay there again.

"No breakfast for early riser"

The location was great and sleeping was in a quiet security camera area. The laundry machines available were clean and readily accessible and applause for the full recycle bin. There was to breakfast grab and go, but leaving exactly at 6 a.m. doesn’t always guarantee hotel breakfast.

Old hotel with sloppy house keeping ! Everything was dingy and outdated. Sheets and towels had stains, they appeared to have been washed but not well. We will not be going to an Ecno again !!
