La Galleria

The location is in the heart of the city, everything is only a few minutes away at most. Despite the fact it is a budget hotel, the facilities and amenities are way better than you'd expect. The host was very open to answering any questions and friendly. The inclusion of small fans are definitely appreciated too in the summer time.

It would have been nice to know where our room is located before purchasing as my mother is disabled and can't climb stairs well at all, so it was a bit of a surprise to find it on the 5th floor; that said I'm sure I could have asked the host as they were very accommodating and open to answering any questions. The lights in the entrance were a little dim though and made it a little tricky to navigate.
