Complemtal breakfast was non-existant. Pool closed ealry and opened late from published hours. Funky smell in both the hallway and room Big hole in bathroom door in a suite room which costed more. Very disappointed in overall quality

The staff was friendly and nice. We were checked in quickly and loaded our kids and wagon and went to the room. It was not cleaned. We had to go back to the desk for a new room. The second room was much better. One bad thing, especially having kids, was the bright parking lot lights shining directly in the room. The darkening curtains were not wide nor long enough to block the light. It looked like it was only 4 pm the entire time we tried to sleep. The pool was the reason we chose the hotel. The water was icy cold. My grandchildren were shivering just playing to their knees. Water should be warmer for a water park style pool. Breakfast was good, but they couldn’t keep up with the number of people there to eat. The man needs another microwave to prep the food to put out for guests. One microwave wasn’t enough. He was working hard though, and it was nice to have eggs and sausage for breakfast.

The hotel met our needs. Rooms were dated but fine. Wasn't expecting much so wasn't disappointed. Would I stay here again, yes if needed. One of the better hotels in the area for the price paid

Pool wasnt open until i complained about it. They kept promising it would be open the next day. When next day arrived and time was pushed back again i complainedand magically they said it was open. Water was freezing!! We had to have our keys reprogrammed twice in 3 days. The bathroom is dark. Not much light.

Hot tub not in use No towels in pool area Food all over in the pool area Had to wait twenty mins for a maintenance man to find a desk clerk to help get checked in??? Breakfast was cold as it was freshly made and dumped into a warming container Terrible service!!!
