Rodeway Inn

We enjoyed our brief stay here and would go again. For a short stay the lack of pool, and access to various ammenities was not a problem. Not sure what the complaints are all about and why this place has a low rating as we did not have any issues or concerns whatsoever.

Totally disappointed!!! Went to the beach all day with little kids. Check in time was 3pm . We got there and the room was not ready. Was told they were overbooked the day before and today. Asked how long till ready . She said it would be about 15 minutes. We said we understand we will go to dinner and come back. Upon return 2 hours later . They stated they don’t have a room. We canceled and headed home 3 1/2 hours away. Woke up the next morning and was still charged. BEWARE!!! While waiting people were coming out saying there was mold in the rooms and dirty. No Pool !!!!!!

Under construction, several arguing outside of property, and 2 hours after check in no rooms were clean, dirty conditions low on staff, and outsiders told us they live on the property!

It spelled of urine the carpets were so dirty I was afraid to take my socks off. I have photos of my socks and all the food spatter all over there was mold on the chair Filthy!

There was mold in the bathroon, an unused urine collection cup next to the microwave, the bathroom sink leaked, stains on towels and bedding, the lobby door didnt slide open and had to be pushed in order to be used, staff knocked at 6 am and woke us up to ask about a chair in our room, then again at 9 to see if we were checking out, check out is at 11, no smoke detector in the room, but the hall ones were beeping all night.

Staff didn’t give us any details about breakfast or the pool etc. Phone and clock were broken. Breakfast was bread and butter and apples. Shower was dripping all night. Hotel is renovating so pool was close and place was a mess. Couch had holes in the cushions

Our room was surprisingly unclean. Mold grew on the bathroom ceiling from lack of ventilation. Hair covered every part of the toilet,the rest of the room was clearly not dusted in a while and only 1 of our tvs worked. The bedding seemed to be the only clean part of the room. This was our second stay at this hotel for our annual family trip. Last year was a good stay. To come back this year and witness such a deline in quality was unfortunate. The pool, arcade and gym were all closed. The breakfast was 'grab and go' but my kids didn't even want to eat it. Where last time there were more and better options.

The pool was closed and half the equipment in the fitness center was broken However the room was clean, the bed was great and the wifi was fast and didnt throttle.

Great room for the price. Was perfect for wat I need it for.
