"Superb hotel, amazing caring staff"

I was staying at the residence with my son, residence is close to the airport, very good location and close to the beachfront. Very quiet area, in the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Hotel itself is very very clean, everything is done with love and care for guests. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Manager of the hotel is very kind, friendly person. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend to others. If I ever go to Zadar again, I'll be definitely stating at this residence. Another thanks to staff and manager of the residence for their welcoming.

We loved the quiet , calm atmosphere of Demar. Our room was comfortable with a huge sunny balcony with wonderful views. Denis could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was the best of our 2+ weeks in Croatia!

Sehr gastfreundliche und konfortable Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Frühstück und aufmerksamer Service. Schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen. Hier wären wir bei unserer Rundtour durch Kroatien gerne länger geblieben.
