Organisation, Entfernung zu meinen Zielorten, Ausstattung, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Trotz Lärm von Draußen, konnte sogar produktiv aus dem Zimmer in Homeoffice arbeiten. Das Internet hatte für alle Systeme ausreichende Leistung.

Etwas störend war Lärm von draußen. Es ging aber.

Nothing really. This is soo overpriced. This stay was terrible and I stayed as I was after 10 hours of constatnt druve and tired- otherwise would leave.

When we arrived we waited 30 mins for staff to turn up and check us in and when she appeared she was mad and screaming at us that we didnt call the number displayed ( we did and there was automatic message only) she didnt speak any eng so we get some help from other guests passing by and calmed us down. Receptionist young women should learn some respect toward the guests. This is youth guest house so bedding must be done by the guests and room has nothing apart from bedz bedding and seats with table. Room was so hot- not ventilated before pur arrival. When we asked for route to lidl receptionist informed us that we can buy some food there but must eat and drink outside of hotel (??wtf) as no food and drink allowed inside. The whole stay was ridiculous. Hotel placed in the very dangerous part of city- lots of drug addicts and drunk young people who was screaming outside of hotel up to 3am. We could not close the windows as it was too got. I would not be complaining if this place would cost £20 per night but over €160 for staying in that badly managed place is not reasonable. I will avoid that in future and that was one of the worst nights in my experience. Breakfast has no warm options( and please do not try to say its normal in Germany as I travelled and stayed in many hotels and that never happened before) and poor choice of food- bananas were so ripe so almost black and they were offered to staff. I was happy to leave this place and will never return
