Le confort et la décoration de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement. Des commerces à proximité ce qui est très pratique. L'accès à la plage est à 15 mn à pied et le centre ville est à peine 20 mn.

"Baustelle und nicht Atlantico"

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut gelegen. Man hat einen privaten Parkplatz abgeschlossen im Hof. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist am Ende der Straße (auch sonntags geöffnet). Ohne Baustelle wäre die Wohnung echt gut.
Direkt vor dem Balkon (ca. 150 m runter) ist eine riesige Baustelle mit einem Baukran und vielen anderen, lauten Baugeräten. Die Baustelle ist Montag bis Samstag von 7.30 bis ca. 17.00 Uhr immer sehr laut! Das geht schon so seit 6 Monaten, wie wir erfahren haben. Vor dem Urlaub haben wir der Vermieterfirma (direkt nach der Buchung) geschrieben, dass wir die Wohnung wegen der Aussicht ausgesucht haben, jedoch niemand hat uns wegen der Baustelle informiert. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung der Wohnung wurden aktualisiert, jedoch die von der Aussicht nicht. Total irreführende Infos, suggerieren Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Abends war es zwar leise auf dem Balkon, aber man konnte nur die beleuchtete Baustelle sehen. Ich würde unter diesen Umständen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall nicht buchen!!!

Een mooi ingericht appartement met allerlei faciliteiten op een centrale locatie. Het personeel was vriendelijk en voorkomend. Zij checkten ook na een paar dagen of alles naar wens was. Kortom, het was uitstekend.

Exactly like the pictures, the attention to detail made it a proper home from home. The host was very attentive
We didn’t use the pool loungers, but we wouldn’t have used them anyway as they were quite dirty and mouldy, they might be cleaned in summer months but not sure

The view is amazing from the balcony. The location was perfect for us. Close to the mercado and a short walk to Old Town and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Andre was very kind and met us at the apartment to explained everything to us. He checked in a couple of times to ensure everything was good at the apartment and we didn’t need anything
