Andre greeted us and gave us good advice about the area and showed us around the apartment. Views from the apartment were lovely and we had everything we needed, apartment was comfortable and clean with the added bonus of an on site parking space. The area was quiet and in good walking distance to bars and restaurants with a taxi rank and supermarket at the top of the road.

Be careful in the shower, there is no hand rail to grip when getting out and my husband slipped and fell and split the side of his eye open. Would recommend a hand rail so it is not so dangerous for future guests.

Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable, spacious , well equipped, great ocean view. 2 min walk to grocery store.

Only a few small things. Loads of wardrobe and storage but only a handful of hangers. Some hooks on the back of bathroom and bedroom door for dressing gown, towels Coat hooks ( we had 3 weeks here in the winter) Some door mats. There’s a tiny one outside the entrance which helps keep dust out but we had a few days of heavy rain and it hard to keep floors clean. Excess water made floor slippery especially by the balcony. Visitors should be aware of fairly steep hills to beaches.

This location was great. It was close to the supermarkets (and gym) and within walking distance to the tourist strip, the old town and bus terminal. The apartment was large and clean. There were plenty of dishes and pots for cooking. Andre was outstanding! From check-in and during our stay he ensured we were comfortable. The view on the deck was perfect for us. Enjoying the sound and site of the ocean was fantastic. We had many afternoon sangrias on the deck! We will be back here for sure.

There is an odour from the pipe drain in the bathroom. This can’t be controlled or changed by the staff. The fan running helped - just something to keep in mind.

Wonderful property in central location. 1st class host,excellent communications .Apartment maintained to a very high standard & very comfortable,fulfilled all our needs , lift was handy. Lovely views over the ocean & superb sunsets . Enjoyed from the balcony

Apartment was well suited for a family holiday. Spacious and clean with the pictures exactly as advertised..all facilities you could need. Plenty of amenities nearby, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy. Tourist train goes from the end of the road where the apartment is located. We were met by staff member who even left out water, milk, juice and snacks (as we arrived at 1am) so thoughtful and very greatful when travelling with a 2 year old.

Nothing in particular. Property more than met our expectations. Area is hilly but so is most of Albufeira. Taxis/Ubers to the old town less than €5. Pool area was fine but some broken sun loungers, wasn't weather for using it too often but in hotter months it would be used more.

Property in a great location, 12 minutes walk from both new and old town. Situated in a quiet residential area that you felt very safe to be in

Nothing to dislike, shower was a bit poor probably due to water pressure

The apartment was beautiful, location ideal Annabella was very helpful spacious balcony over looking pool with sea view, would definitely stay there again
