Buen hotel y bien atendido

The front desk attendant Alvina and a housekeeper I didn't catch her name, she worked 3rd floor on 6/21,they were the only nice staff members we encountered our ENTIRE stay. We stayed 5 nights. The pool was great. Breakfast was decent. The bagels and muffins were a fan favorite at our table. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It served its purpose.

A worker named Sherinna was just AWFUL! Made comments that were unnecessary! Definitely put a damper on our mood that day. If it wasn't for prepaid rooms we would have gone elsewhere. Literally just about every worker, but 2, was not friendly. Nobody greets you or even acknowledges your existence unless you need assistance. But even then they act like it's such a burden to assist you. Definitely just a job to them and don't care for the hospitality experience. The hash browns were always under cooked. And the eggs were always over cooked. The pool tiles were falling out as we were swimming. The AC didn't get very cold. We were a little stuffy.

Inattentive staff that leaves front desk, business center and washing facilities closed, old and dingy rooms, and the fire alarm went off at 4 am.

Good location and close to attractions, ample parking with abundant morning breakfast selection, comfortable bed and lobby bar
