Domapartment Cologne City Domblick

Die Lage ist super, der erste Eindruck wunderbar. Nur leider gibt es Mängel in der Sauberkeit und der Hausmeister müsste das Eine oder Andere richten.

The flat is actually very big and modern, near central station and in a quiet side street. When we arrived the address that’s on the site wasn’t correct and they had moved office to the other side of the cathedral so you have to go to their office first and then back to the flat which makes you waste time. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there which wasn’t a problem for us as we have UK phones with lots of database but for non Europeans this would be a major problem. We told the contact about this the first day and he said he’d fix it but it never worked. That was the only problem with the service. Otherwise it is a very nice flat, at a reasonable price for the type and distance to the station and major attractions in Köln.

Una estafa! Me otorgaron un departamento en otra ubicación y con características diferentes sin previo aviso. Pésima experiencia, el proveedor no me otorgó ninguna alternativa. Me habían cobrado por adelantado el 100% de la reserva. Mucho ojo, lo catalogo como una estafa!

Bra plats nära tågstationen, helt ok, rymlig våning, sängen ok, soffan gammal och sliten.

Bad experience. Staff were rude Checking in was a problem. It is located in a different address then the property itself. But when I went there the office was empty. They changed it without informing me and after 2 hours of calling Hotels.com they gave me a new address. There was no internet for 4 days. At the 5th day they suggested supplying a mobile router. Why didn't they do that from the beginning ? Bed was not comfortable . Pillows were flat I would not recommend and will never return Wael el omar

The apartment was very well situated and well priced. The Staff (Thom) was extremely accomodating and helpful.

First of all, the address is not as listed on the advertisement. We arrived at the instructed office address on a very hot day with heavy baggage only to find out that the office did not exist and there was another address we needed to go to. After traipsing 800m to the new office, we then found out that the apartment was not at the advertised address but a further 700m away. We had booked this place specifically for its convenience and proximity to the station, so this was a most frustrating development. The apartment itself was spacious but uninspiring. Bed was comfortable enough but upkeep was lacking - the tap in the kitchen was broken and the bathroom window was cracked and wouldn't close. The place had no airconditioning as expected, however as it was just off a busy street with shops and bars, there was little relief from the heat at night as it was too noisy with the windows open. Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend.

The Apartment we booked was modern and just what we wanted.... But a few minutes after arriving 3 workmen came to change a water meter... When they left we had no power in the apartment. We went to the office to tell Dom apartments about this and the very nice lady changed our apartment unfortunately for us to another building much older and dirty... As it was late we had to stay for the night then went to the office again to see if we could get back to the original apartment... Alas no.. So we were moved again to a different building even further away from the centre in a not so nice area.... After moving all our luggage we found the fridge was not working... So yet another long walk back to the office to get moved again to another apartment this time in the same building.... Having seen a lot of their apartments all I can say is think again.... The staff we helpful but the company doesn't seem to care too much about standards

One big room appartment with additional bath. All OK. Nice days in Köln.
