Beautiful location

All was well.

Just what we needed for our weekend stay. The host was welcoming and was very generous to put on the generator for us when we did not have electricity on the first night, no fault of his. Much appreciated...

The bed in the main bedroom wasn't comfortable, and the base seemed to make a lot of noise at the slightest movement.

It is not very far from the town

Electric blanket in the single was not working , and cold shower in winter

The room was quiet comfortable... We arrived late and the management waited for us and orientated us through our room.. It was actually refreshing 🙏

We ddnt have hot water but it was fixed in no time🙏

I like this everything about the property

The gentleman who handed the keys came knocking at our door telling us that it was our time to check out. That time already our bags were in the car and we were praying for our journey.

full of inconveniences and racism at it's peak, I first made a booking on 26/05/2025 and when I got there for check-in they sent the guy to move me to another area because the given my room to someone else and they lied and said the room is small since we are 3 they will move us to another one in another area but I was ok with that and never complained. Following day 27/05/2025 I extended the stay and they phoned me requested to move me to Platberg and I told them it will cause inconveniences since we were already settled in and also I never complained I gave them a good review. On 05/07/2025 I made a booking and we checked in at Platberg the following day I extended and the moved me to another room and said the room is already booked buy other people. I don't understand why all the time they would keep the rooms available on bookings.com yet the rooms are already booked. It was 3 of us the woman asked why all beds were used I didn't know we were not allowed to use any bed. What if I slept on another bed and felt I was not comfortable then decide to move to another bed. The woman went on to tell me they will block me for future booking because I gave them a bad review at this time. I believed a review if a personal reflection of how you were treated upon your stay so in the case we are not allowed to be honest and express our emotions. See the attached screengrabs.
