Basically nothing…. This is not a hotel at all.

This is NOT a hotel. The room was actually an apartment in a very large building . The reception is in a separate building. The receptionist doesn’t speak English or German, she communicates via Russian, even when told that I don’t know that language… she was nice though and I felt sorry for her. There is no restaurant or bar since it is NOT a hotel. Breakfast, paid extra, is possible in a hotel across the street. There also you can ask about near by restaurants- because they do speak English there. Pool was very very disappointing, the water cold, jacuzzi empty- they said it will only be filled with water and heated for private parties paid extra. But clearly it cannot be done quickly, since it is empty! Sauna was off! Apparently also only heated at certain times, not the hours as pool being open. Also this pool / sauna is also situated in a building with reception, so you cannot go from your room in a bathrobe… Terrible location and overall bad bad experience. I do not recommend this place.

Great new apartments, very comfy, fully furnished and super safe.

To get to the pool, you have to pass reception again and it means you have to walk outside. In cold weather its not pleasant.

It was advertised, we could order lunch and dinner at the property, but that was not possible. Also, in the adverstised message, the sauna and pool should have had the same opening times, but that wasn't the case. Also, no towels for the pool and linens for souna were available.

Wir sind schon einige male hier gewesen und finden es jedes mal wieder total schön hier. Deshalb kommen wir immer wieder.

Hotel has a 15 m pool and saunas which are included in the room cost. A group of playgrounds are located nearby, so it's great to stay with kids.

Refrigerator was overfrozing food

Everything was more or less as expected.
