Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Café da manhã bem servido.

As instalações são muito antigas. O hotel não tem elevador para acesso aos quartos, é necessário subir de escadas e com as malas, pois não tem funcionário para auxiliar. Além disso, o cobertor estava sujo.
