"Excellent"

Lovely spot in a beautiful part of the world. Cabin may be a tad dated, but it had everything you could possibly want and was kept very clean. Staff were pleasant. Park itself was family orientated and quiet at night. Property close to the national park. Would definitely return and stay longer.

Stunning location by the river. Beautiful views.

The cockatoo enclosure was very depressing. Let them out! No trees or fresh plants in there. No toys or stimulating environment. They are so smart, they need things to do! They look bored and sad. So awful to cage birds while they watch free ones flying over.

"Great location, Swimming Pool was a hit in a decent conditioned cabins."

Swimming Pool was definitely a hit for me and the kids. There were other activities in the Games room, but we didnt have time to explore them.

Bathroom was a bit small and would need some upgrade. Shower water was coming out, wetting the entire space. Not much room to move around.

"Rude staff member ruined the whole stay"

The treatment from one of the staff members was extremely rude, with no courtesy or use of the word “please.” with this experiance , the location doesn’t deserve to be part of Big4 On the first night, the electricity for the fan and lights in the cabin went out, and there was no one available to assist, leaving us to endure a hot night without any light or ventilation.
