"not what i expected"

The place and friendly staff

No wellcome drink for five star hotel.please make it 4. Apparently heated swimming pool has been working for a while.i went there so i can spent time swimming.i could have chosen a cheaper hotel just for sleeping and breakfast

The royalty and the ambience we experienced at the property was out of this world, the rooms, the interior design of the building, woow!!

Their à la carte meals was boring as we are used to buffet meals, and the radius from Sun City is a little bit far

"There is a huge potential to go back to what it used to be."

The propert itself and location were amazing. Coffee Machine was great. The food was also great.

The bathroom in one of our rooms was smelling so badly I had to ask for the staff to thoroughly clean it the next day with drain cleaner or something. It was much better after that.

Smell from the bathroom was repulsive.
