The hotel is not at all clean, they did not give soap basic products.the curtains were not clean the bedsheet was torn

They are not changed the bed spread, fan not working

This property is a total scam. We checked in to the property on April 29,2023 11:55AM, provided Aadhar Card(Indian Id card),they took photo and allocated room 205. On April 30,2023 afternoon I got a message from the property mentioning that my booking is cancelled due to no show,when I was actually physically available in the property. I have video recording as proof to confirm all below points. 1. Super small room,2 of us couldn’t stand at the same time due to the room size I prebooked Triple Delux room of 169 sq. ft size but the room given is less than 100sq. ft While enquiring,the owner said they dont have any room category,whoever comes first gets the good rooms 2. Torn bedsheet 3. Horribly dirty curtains 4. Smelly and unhygienic bathroom 5. Only one small light,no other option of light/ventilation 6. Pillowcover with blood stains 7. Torn floormat 8. 1 non working charging point out of the 2 available options 9. No restaurant in property 10. No option to add breakfast even though it was mentioned to pay extra 75/person for breakfast they said they will give coupons and have to walk to another restaurant 11. Careless attitude of the owner,while complaining he said talk to Booking site,whatever has happened has already happened nothing can be done. Room no: 205
