Fantastic welcome from staff. Easy check in/out. Clean & comfortable. Shower was amazing. Bar was lovely and a bonus having an outside patio to look out at beautiful Boston.

Location

TV was broken because I couldn’t turn it off either with IPad or remote control, it kept coming back, and I couldn’t sleep properly for 2 nights because of the screen light. I informed front desk but it took 3 days to get the attention, and in the end technician couldn’t fix it, we had to unplug it to keep the screen from coming back. But it means I couldn’t watch TV program in the evening as I should have. Also, Housekeeping cleaning quality not good. Clearly they didn’t vacuum, also shower room was left dirty

L’emplacement géographique proche des transports en commun, proximité du centre-ville à pied, la décoration générale de l’établissement.

L’étroitesse de la chambre, peu d’espace de rangement, la jeunesse du personnel riant entre eux et oubliant d’assurer l’approvisionnement du petit déjeuner (vécu tous les matins !), le ménage réalisé pendant le petit déjeuner (certains clients devant même lever les pieds pour le passage du balai), tables peu nettoyées, dommage car le cadre était sympathique.
