The location is very convenient to TD garden arena

The rooms are incredibly small and the “bathroom” is like being on a boat. Plastic walls with a shower and toilet. The hotel model is for packing people in after an event without giving them a proper room.

Modern and quirky.

Understand the ethos of not having kettles in rooms but think availability of free tea/coffee should be in the communal areas alongside the water fountain.

The location was the prime reason we chose CitizenM. We had tickets to a concert at TD Garden, and this was very convenient to that and the train. The room was very clean, quiet and safe.

The position of the bed was very inconvenient, where the mattress was surrounded by walls on 3 sides and the pillows were up against one of the side walls, necessitating one party having to climb over the other to get in or out. We also thought that drinking glasses could have been provided to that we could take our pills. Also the lighting was a little hard to figure out when we were tired and going to bed. We slept with some lights on until 2:30AM until we figured out the “night light” mode. We also weren’t willing to pay $20.50 each for a very mediocre buffet breakfast.
