"Schöne Pension im Speckgürtel von Hannover"

Hier stimmt einfach das Gesamtpaket von Service und Freundlichkeit. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, es gibt ein tolles Frühstück, Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Alles bestens.

"Shame this hotel was shut!"

This hotel looked nice from the outside and was located in a picturesque town.

The fact we could not check in at 16.40 on 18th July and stay at this hotel despite the fact we had a confirmed reservation since February and were recently reminded about the cancellation policy. We called the contact number provided on the Booking.com app to be informed that the owner was on holiday and she had closed her hotel. Why couldn't we be informed a few weeks earlier? We had to find an alternative hotel to stay the night at the last minute after a long and tiring journey.
