we were not told where to go for breakfast and tge hotel it’s self was not dirty

The receptionist was not welcoming, she first gave a room on the second floor which was not up to standard. no a/c snd looked like it was used and when we complained that’s when they changed it

The hospitality

The bathroom, water from the shower kept getting in the bedroom

The stafff are friendly and wellcoming a d assistive.. specially the security

The bed and the way its organised its not good

Its centrally/strategically locatted but: needs to reform the property, leaks; offer better and balanced breakfast; Its very noise and the management not open to suggestions to improvement.
