Comfortable bed and good facilities

The property wasn’t well cleaned before arrival. There were sticky red lolly bits on the floor. One pot we picked from the cupboard was completely greasy. Other items of crockery were not very clean.

Walking distance to scenic world and the town centre. Very clean and tidy and good facilities within the house. Good communication from the agency that look after the house.

There is another house in front of Sunnyside, which blocked out road noise, but made it a bit confusing about parking, as there was only one driveway. The information states there is off road parking, and there is a driveway we could park in, but, inside Sunnyside there is a note to say parking is to be negotiated with guests of the other house if it’s occupied. Luckily no one stayed in the other house but we didn’t know if we were going to be asked to move at anytime. That may need to be made clearer on the information.

It's super clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Very nicely furnished and lots of extra blankets etc. Larger than it looked in pics. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was perfect! Close to everything but still quiet and private.

Heated blankets on kids single beds didn't work. Owner was home in main property and we couldn't use driveway on arrival. It was ok, just would've been nice to know in advance.

Well presented - clean, comfortable, well equipped, convenient location.

It was a comfortable stay!! Perfect for our family of 5! Close to the shops and easy to get to all the blue mountain attractions!
