PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of May. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August. Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of May.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
